**Return Policy**
* All sale purchases are **final** and **non-refundable**.
* We strive to ship all orders placed before **4:00 PM PST** on the same business day. However, shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Please note: **UPS ships on business days only**.
* **Next-day shipping** is available at checkout.
**Limited Return Policy**
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, we operate under a **limited return policy**.
* Returns are accepted only for **unopened and unused items**.
* **Used products**, including **lash adhesives** and **tweezers**, are **non-returnable** and **non-refundable**.

* If a return is not approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping if they opt not to exchange the product(s).
* **Full refunds** are **not provided** for used or opened products.
